Here are rules I developed for using these dice in-game, formatted as a player handout so the game master can distribute them for use during the game.

Verdant Rose and Moss Elixir 

Potion, very rare

Description: The Verdant Rose and Moss Elixir is an enchanting potion filled with the essence of life and nature. Encased within the clear liquid is a vibrant red rose, surrounded by rich green moss, symbolizing renewal and vitality. When consumed, the drinker is invigorated by the forces of the natural world.

Effect:

  • Activation: As an action, you can drink the Verdant Rose and Moss Elixir. Upon drinking, you are infused with the vibrant energy of nature. This effect lasts for 1 hour.
  • Natural Regeneration: Twice during the potion's duration, you can activate this ability. For 1 minute (10 rounds) after activation, you regain 1D6 hit points at the start of each of your turns. This effect ends early if you drop to 0 hit points.
  • Thorned Shield: Once during the duration, you can activate a Thorned Shield as a reaction. When a creature makes a melee attack against you, thorns sprout from your skin, causing the attacker to take 2D6 piercing damage and be pushed back 10 feet unless they succeed on a Strength saving throw (DC 14).
  • Flourish of Life: As long as the potion's effect lasts, you gain the ability to cast the Entangle spell once, without using a spell slot. The spell DC for this effect is 15.
  • Verdant Resistance: While under the effects of the potion, you have resistance to poison damage and advantage on saving throws against being poisoned, as the essence of the rose and moss protects your body from toxins.
