Potion, rare

Description: The Frostfire Elixir is a unique potion that emits a cool, icy glow with flickers of blue and white. It combines the elemental forces of cold and fire, creating a powerful and unpredictable effect when consumed.

Effect:

Activation: As an action, you can drink the Frostfire Elixir. Upon drinking, your body is enveloped in a swirling aura of cold and flame, shedding bright light in a 20-foot radius and dim light for an additional 20 feet. This light lasts for 1 minute.

Frostfire Burst: Once during the next minute, you can unleash a Frostfire Burst as an action. The burst releases a combination of icy cold and searing flames in a 15-foot-radius sphere centered on you. All creatures in the area must make a Dexterity saving throw (DC 14). On a failed save, a creature takes 2D6 cold damage and 2D6 fire damage. On a successful save, a creature takes half damage.

Freezing Flames: Any creature that fails the Dexterity saving throw is also slowed until the start of its next turn, reducing its movement speed by half and causing it to take 1D6 cold damage if it attempts to move.

Chilling Warmth: For the duration of the effect, your melee attacks deal an additional 1D6 cold damage as the icy energy of the elixir enhances your strikes.
